You may cancel your order before the goods are shipped out. Please contact our support email to submit cancellation request.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, order cancellation will not be available. You need to follow the return & refund procedure after receiving the goods.

Custom-made furniture items cannot be cancelled after production starts.
