1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We will contact you by email if any stock issues cause delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We provide multiple shipping options for international orders:

• Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–12 business days, extra shipping fee required

Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, bad weather, carrier disruptions or international logistics issues.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, package size and destination country. The final shipping price will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Free shipping may apply for orders that meet our minimum order amount.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, VAT and local taxes imposed by your country. We do not cover these fees. Please check your local import regulations before purchase.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We ship to the address provided in your order. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track the delivery status on the official carrier website.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier first and then reach out to our support team. For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged goods within 3 days after delivery for our review.

8. Returned Undeliverable Parcels

Packages returned to us because of refused customs duties, invalid address or failed delivery will require the buyer to pay for re-shipping fees if you wish to resend the goods.
