Refund & Returns Policy

If the product arrives damaged or has quality defects, you can apply for return and refund within 14 days after receiving the package.

You need to provide photos or videos to prove the damage condition. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the damage is caused by our side.

Customized furniture items are not eligible for return unless there are manufacturing defects.
